A Great Time for Metro Denver Home Buyers

What a great time to be a home buyer in metro Denver.  The rates have fallen for the first time since December, the MLS inventory is high and the home prices in Denver have been flat and in some instances have declined dramatically.  The housing market is difficult to time with all of the components falling in your favor.  The stars are alligned and the buying elements in place that it might almost be hard to make a bad purchasing decision.  We are bullish on Denver and bullish on the housing market.  Our instincts and the insticts of local investors as well, indicate that we have reached bottom and are on the way up.  Once inventory has been
