Don’t Miss the 2008 Parade of Homes at Solterra!
The 2008 Parade of Homes Runs Through Labor Day
The Parade of Homes, an annual event produced by the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, showcases the cream of the crop of the Denver real estate market - construction, interior design, energy-efficiency technology and landscaping, etc. Past parade sites include: Southshore (Aurora), Reunion (Commerce City), Pradera (Douglas County), Vista Ridge (Erie), and Stapleton (Denver). The 2008 Parade of Homes, located in Lakewood’s new master-planned Solterra subdivision, is a true delight for visitors. The event showcases eight cutting-edge custom homes that are inspired by hillside European towns. With names, like “The Villa di Vita” and “Sede Felice,” the homes exude a sense of European sophistication that is rare in Colorado.
